Standard Refund Terms


Products purchased from HostiGate may be refunded only if canceled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.


Note:Tokens and digital assets are typically irreversible due to their nature, and their exchange prices are extremely unstable and cyclical. We cannot be held liable for any risk, including but not limited to market risk and currency rate risk.

For the purposes of this refund policy, "Date of the Transaction" refers to the date on which any product or service was bought, including any renewals that HostiGate carried out in accordance with the terms and circumstances of the pertinent product or service agreement. (Conditions for Use). If a refund window is provided for the applicable product, it must be used for the cancellation request in order to qualify for one. An order can always be cancelled. In addition to some products having specific rules or conditions for refunds attached to them, there are some products that are completely ineligible for refunds. The rules of refund for such products are listed below.

Payment Methods With Special Refund Terms:

Please note that all payment processors have different policies and requirements for refunds and there are some payment methods that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

However, we can offer refunds to your HostiGate Balance in a case when you want your balance into your HostiGate credit balance.
